Shipyard River (Kinder Morgan Berths 1 & 2):
- Up to 41 feet: FLOOD TIDE ONLY. Start in at low water until 2.5 hrs before high water from the “C” Buoy or until 2 hrs before high water if boarded at “6” buoy
- 42 to 45 feet: Start in 2 hrs after low water until 2.5 hrs before high water
